A small Suzuribako (writing box) with the cover decorated in high gold, silver and iroe Takamakie with a Hotei seated and leaning against his large sack which surrounds him; by three Karako children, Roironuri interior, fitted with an inkstone and a rectangular silvered metal suiteki (water dropper).
